Welcome to our family-run building company, led by Ben, the Builder. With 15 years of experience in high-end bathroom renovations, crafting highly customised spaces with a variety of natural products, we are thrilled to introduce Cemher MicroCement to our repertoire of quality finishes. Our Approach
We know that great renovations don’t happen by accident—they’re built on trust, transparency, and clear communication. We take the time to listen, keep you in the loop at every stage, and work with you, not just for you.

We start by getting to know you and your ideas. This begins with a phone call and a site visit, where you can walk us through the space and share your vision. From there, we’ll advise on the next steps—this may include engineering, a design consultation, and a detailed measure and quote.
Once your quote is ready, we recommend reviewing it carefully to ensure you’re clear on what's included. Upon written acceptance, we’ll prepare a contract to be signed by both parties. A deposit is then taken to secure your spot in our schedule and begin pre-ordering materials.
At this stage, colours and finishes are confirmed. If MicroCement is selected, we’ll provide a custom sample board to approve your preferred colour and texture.
We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, from confirming start dates to project completion. At handover, you’ll receive care instructions for your new bathroom or surfaces, along with your final invoice.

With nearly 25 years experience in the commercial & residential building industry and 15 years specialising in high-end, customised home & bathroom renovations, Ben brings with him a wealth of experience & knowledge. Despite his wide skillset, Ben particularly enjoys renovations, thriving on the transforming an area to look as though it's always been there, not merely an afterthought. As a licensed Builder and qualified Carpenter, Ben has the expertise needed to coordinate highly complex jobs in an efficient & organised manner.

Despite renovations having a tendency to be complex and full of unknowns, Ben thrives on problem solving and finding work-arounds to stay on brief. Client especially love his excellent communication, attention to detail & clean worksite.
